Composite Welding Training: The
important welding training course recommend welders would be composite training
for SMAW/MMAW, GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) with Argon and CO2 gases. The duration
of the course would be two weeks followed by the qualification of the welders
under the ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 15614-1 standards. . In addition the knowledge
of the following would be provided:

Safety Measures and Personal
Protective Equipment
•
Welding Equipment and Material
Information
•
Welding Symbols, Joints, Welds,
Drawings, Positions, mode of transfer and Defects
•
Weld Testing to Cover VT, PT,
MT, UT, Bend/Tensile Tests
The
training fee is Rs 30000/- plus GST 18%.
3.2
Welding Qualification Certification: Applicable
to those welders who are already trained and requires Qualification
Certification under the ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 15614-1 standards. The
certification fee is Rs 25000/- plus GST 18%. would be charged for three days
duration.
3.3
Approval Testing Welding Operators: Applicable to those welders who are
already trained and require Qualification Certification under the ISO 14732 and
ISO 9606-1. The certification fee is Rs 25000/- plus GST 18% would be charged
for three days duration.
